Estudio Persona is the Los Angeles design studio of Emiliana Gonzalez and Jessie Young, two Uruguayan designers working together since 2015. Their furniture combines pronounced silhouettes, restrained colors, and unembellished materials. Wood, metal, leather, and upholstery define collections including Abrazo, Linea, Una, and Segment. Working with local manufacturers, the studio treats material properties and production constraints as starting points for the development of forms, details, and carefully considered furniture constructions.
