“Fruits Of Vulnerability “is an introspective and deeply personal body of work and first solo exhibition that explores the artist's more than decade-long battle with an eating disorder. This body of work is a raw and honest expression of self-worth, body image, and other mental health struggles associated with this issue. Seeking to confront and communicate the complexities of their journey, hoping to foster a dialogue about these very often stigmatised issues, to heal through artistic expression.

This cast aluminium floor lamp is built around a central stem with suspended figurative elements. Limb-like, organic fragments gather around the structure, integrating light into an elongated, articulated silhouette with a raw, sculptural presence.

Ia Kutateladze is an artist originally from Tbilisi, based in Berlin since 2016. Since opening her studio in 2019, she has developed an exploratory practice spanning functional and non-functional objects. Her work translates emotional and psychological states into material and form, transforming personal experiences, memory, and inner processes into physical structures through experimentation, research, and a sensitive engagement with matter.
