VAHE ENSEMBLE
Vahe Ensemble is a collectible design studio founded by artist and industrial designer Vaishnavi Walvekar. Rooted in the reinterpretation of indigenous crafts, the studio transforms papier-mâché into bold, contemporary forms-hand-sculpted in India from waste paper pulp and natural binders. Recent works integrate sheet brass and textiles through traditional techniques, embracing visible process, texture, and imperfection. Each piece balances function and sculpture, material memory and modern abstraction.
