Founded in Mexico City by Salvador Compañ in 2011, Lørdag & Søndag brings together the work of brothers Salvador and Enzo Compañ. The studio collaborates with master artisans across Mexico, drawing on traditional techniques to develop contemporary objects. Its Artefactos collection explores woven natural fiber, volcanic rock, marble, bronze and wood, with forms informed by Mexican archaeology, modern art and the expressive qualities of each material and its particular texture.
