This sculpture embodies human fears and the ways we confront them. Drenched in striking red, the figure draws in those ready to test their courage. Both warning and beacon, the color leads into a personal trial—exploring boundaries, vulnerability, and the quiet strength of facing the unknown.

Yoomoota is the universe imagined by Taras Yoom, at the crossroads of art and design. Populated by planets and characters, it mirrors our bodies and minds: emotions, addictions, childhood, brands, desire. Collectible sculptures, biomorphic furniture, paintings and mixed-media works echo one another through a playful, critical narrative. From his Bangkok studio, the artist feeds each piece with medical and scientific research, unveiling biology, nature, and social tensions in today’s culture.

Informations

The filling of faces, which are depicted on the body of “Red fear”, was firstly used on this sculpture. A syringe and paint were used in the filling. “Red fear” has the most matte shade. Each "little face" after printing is subject to scrupulous refinement: it is processed not only with a drill, but also manually.
