Sizar Alexis is a Swedish-Iraqi designer whose work explores geometry, material, and cultural memory. Drawing from his Chaldean heritage, ancient Mesopotamian culture, and Brutalist architecture, he creates sculptural collectible furniture with a distinctive identity. Working primarily with Swedish solid wood, steel, and textiles, his practice combines craftsmanship, architectural forms, and personal narratives, developing contemporary pieces deeply connected to material, heritage, and his own experiences between Iraq and Sweden.

Delivery

We favor a fully bespoke delivery approach, tailored to the nature and value of each piece. Lythore supports its clients by overseeing the transport through to the final destination. Each piece is made to order in Sweden through a careful artisanal process. Sizar Alexis works closely with skilled craftspeople, shaping materials by hand and paying attention to proportions, construction and finish. Custom dimensions or finishes are available upon request.
